The Armor of God Prayer -
Good Morning Father, Good Morning Jesus, and Good Morning Holy Spirit!
Ephesians 6:11-18 A Prayer
Heavenly Father, according to Your Word, I present my body a living sacrifice, holy acceptable in your sight.
Now Father since Satan's purpose is to deceive and defeat all Christians, I will daily dress for war with Your Armor. I will stand firm with the Belt of Truth around me to protect me for service, I refuse all deception and accept only truth.
I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness (in Christ) to protect my heart against accusations from Satan, so I will have the power to live in holiness and influence others for Christ.
I put on the Shoes of Peace with God and others in preparation to face the enemy with stability and readiness to share the good news of the gospel of peace.
Above all, at all times, I lift up the Shield of Faith so I will be able to quench all the fiery darts aimed at me by Satan...
I put on the Helmet of Salvation to protect my mind with the mind of Christ and His wisdom and outlook on life, so I can stand safe against Satan's tricks...
I take in my hand the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. I choose to use Your Word against all the forces of evil in my life...
Father, I realize prayer is the fuel to keep in tune with Your Holy Spirit to help us watch and pray for each others' needs, so at all times; I'll Pray like a warrior that You will grant power, strength, wisdom, and knowledge of your will for all believers...
Now Heavenly Father, I praise and thank You for the armor you have provided for me to dress in this day. I am completely covered now, in the name of Jesus and according to your Word.
Therefore, I will be able to stand secure in Christ, in complete safety and refuge under the blood of calvary, where no power of the enemy can penetrate.
I pray in complete dependence upon you, Blessed Holy Spirit. God, I ask you to use me today to further your Kingdom in the name of Jesus Christ.
